StarRupture - Resources

The raw ores, refined materials and components that feed a StarRupture factory. Five ore types are available on Arcadia-7 in Early Access, Wolfram, Titanium, Calcium, Helium-3 and Sulfur, which are mined or harvested in the field and then smelted into bars and powders before being assembled into com...

Wolfram Ore Ore (Raw) One of the two backbone metals of the Early Access economy, mined from ore deposits with the Ore Excavator or broken by hand. Tier: Raw ore Smelts Into: Wolfram Bar Used For: Basic Building Materials, wires, weapons and blueprint components Ore deposits across Arcadia-7, extracted with the Ore Excavator, Laser Drill or the Harvester
Titanium Ore Ore (Raw) The other staple metal, used everywhere from structures to weapon parts. Tier: Raw ore Smelts Into: Titanium Bar Used For: Structural parts, rods and advanced components Ore deposits on Arcadia-7, with richer clusters in the open mid-game regions
Calcium Ore Ore (Raw) A pale mineral found in the large white plateaus and puddles that mark calcium fields, usually in two clusters per deposit. Tier: Raw ore Smelts Into: Calcium Powder Used For: Powder, fuel recipes and semiconductor production Pale white plateau deposits with standing water, two clusters per field
Helium-3 Ore (Raw, rare) The scarce resource of the Early Access map and the reason map knowledge matters: Helium-3 is one of the five ore types, feeds advanced semiconductor-style components, and its deposits are the spots pioneers mark first when the map unlocks. Tier: Raw ore (rare) Used For: Advanced components and late-game production chains Limited deposits on Arcadia-7, often in contested or remote areas
Sulfur Ore (Raw) The fifth ore type of Early Access, harvested as both hand-collectable rocks and full deposits. Tier: Raw ore Used For: Chemical and industrial recipes Surface deposits and hand-harvestable rocks across Arcadia-7
Titanium Bar Refined Material The smelter output for Titanium Ore and the most common delivery a corporation asks for at low levels, which makes a smelter connected straight to a titanium excavator the standard first automation project. Tier: Refined Produced By: Smelter Recipe: Titanium Ore Smelted from Titanium Ore at a Smelter
Wolfram Bar Refined Material The smelter output for Wolfram Ore, drawn from the same production line as titanium and used for wires, weapon parts and the heavier components of the factory chain. Tier: Refined Produced By: Smelter Recipe: Wolfram Ore Smelted from Wolfram Ore at a Smelter
Calcium Powder Refined Material The refined form of Calcium Ore and the input that turns calcium fields into something more useful than filler deliveries. Tier: Refined Produced By: Smelter Recipe: Calcium Ore Smelted from Calcium Ore at a Smelter
Glass Component A manufactured component produced in the factory rather than gathered in the field, used in the mid-tier recipes that build out production buildings, optics and finished goods. Tier: Component Produced By: Fabricator or Assembler Crafted in the factory from refined materials
Rotor Component A mid-game crafted component and one of the clearer examples of how deep the StarRupture production chain runs: a single Rotor consumes a Rotor Blueprint plus 400 Titanium Rods, 300 Wolfram Wires and 400 Data Points, which means rods, wires and research currency all have to be flowing before the recipe is practical. Tier: Component Produced By: Fabricator Recipe: 1 Rotor Blueprint, 400 Titanium Rods, 300 Wolfram Wires, 400 Data Points Crafted at a Fabricator once the Rotor Blueprint is unlocked
Data Points Research Currency The research and blueprint currency of the expedition, spent alongside physical materials on advanced recipes such as the Rotor. Tier: Currency Used For: Blueprint and advanced recipe costs Earned from exploration, outposts and points of interest on Arcadia-7
