• Flame Clock and Colonies: The nations of Keves and Agnus sustain their soldiers through Flame Clocks that feed on the souls of the fallen, anchoring the story's central conflict over eternal war.
• Heroes and Ashen Treats: Named Hero characters join with their own classes, offering extra party members in many battles and expanding the class pool through their quests.
