Rhythm Heaven Groove is a rhythm game developed by Nintendo EPD and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, released on July 2, 2026. The deadpan rhythm series returns with a fresh set of hand-timed minigames alongside remixed favourites from earlier entries, all built around tapping, holding, and flicking in time with colorful, syncopated tunes. Each short rhythm game asks the player to stay on the beat, judges every action as Superb, OK, or Miss, and is bookended by deliberately absurd, deadpan skits that bring the series' dry humor to the foreground. Individually short games are woven into longer medleys, with endless-mission and perfect-campaign challenges rewarding the most precise timing, and the whole package carries forward the series' minimalist, arcade-presentation charm that made earlier games cult favourites.
