ROT13 Cipher
Encode and decode text using ROT13 cipher.
About ROT13:
- ROT13 is a simple letter substitution cipher that replaces each letter with the letter 13 positions after it in the alphabet
- It's a special case of the Caesar cipher with a shift of 13
- ROT13 is its own inverse: applying it twice returns the original text
- Only affects letters (A-Z, a-z); numbers and symbols remain unchanged
- Not secure for encryption - used for obscuring spoilers, puzzle solutions, etc.
