Features

  • Two QR content modes: ID-Only (e.g. ASSET-001) or URL+ID (e.g. https://myinventory.com/item/ASSET-001).
  • Customizable ID prefix, starting number, label count (1–100), and optional zero-padding.
  • Optional title text on each label for quick identification.
  • Three label sizes: Small (4-up), Medium (3-up), Large (2-up) per row.
  • Adjustable QR code size from 48px to 120px.
  • Custom border color, QR foreground, and background colors.
  • Export as PNG or PDF — or print directly from browser with clean layout.
  • 100% client-side, no data is sent to any server.

How to Use

  1. Choose mode: ID Only for a plain spreadsheet ID system, or URL + ID to link each label to a web page.
  2. Set your ID prefix (e.g. ASSET-, BOX-), starting number, and count.
  3. Optionally add a title like "Home Inventory" and enable zero-padding for uniform IDs.
  4. Pick a label size and colors to match your aesthetic.
  5. Click Print for paper labels, or export as PNG/PDF for digital use.
